The
debut of the RX-7 in 1993 brought back the basic in the third generation.
The RX-7 was designed with a twin turbo charged rotary engine with a

body spoilers and dual oil coolers. The RX-7 weighed 190 lbs and boasted
a 50/50 weight distribution. In 1994 the RX-7 was equipped with a new
one touch power down driver`s window, a softer suspension setting map
pockets, dual airbags and a new dashboard. The Touring package, which
featured a power steel sunroof rather than the previous glass one, the
R-2 package included leather seats, power sunroof, and a rear cargo
