1920 Ford Model T Pick-up, 1920 Ford Model T Cargo Truck - 1:32 Scale

The Flivver Goes to Work 1920 Ford Model T Pick-up 1920 Ford Model T Cargo Truck Versatile Chassis Make Ford #1 Small Truck producer It seems odd to claim Ford as #1 when they were really not in the truck business. But in 1920, of the 321,000 trucks produced in America, Ford provided the chassis for over half. The reasons were economics and dependability. At $525 for a chassis, Fords were priced well below the competition. Equally as important, the dependable 176.7 cubic inch 4-cylinder engine started in all types of weather and the planetary transmission made it the easiest truck to drive. Two Great Examples of Ford Versatility The first of our two 1920 Ford Model T trucks, the pick-up, looks strange today as the convertible pick-up is almost extinct. But with its flashy yellow top, wood-look bed and working tailgate, this 1:32 scale precision die cast replica is a remarkable rendition of a Ford service truck. Equally impressive is the Pioneer Tea cargo truck with its reverse color combination and opening trunk. Both feature detailed engines and, just like the originals, opening passenger door only. Individually they are each great and as a pair they make terrific conversation pieces Features • Opening Hoods • Opening Passenger Doors • The Cargo truck Features an Opening trunk • Pick-Up Has Wood-Look Bed and Working Tailgate • Fords Dependable 4-Banger Engine Provided 20 Horsepower • Precision Die-Cast Replicas • 1:32 Scale Models • 4 Inches Long
